		<description>We&#039;ve become so accustomed to stress and anxiety that we start to think they&#039;re natural emotional states. It&#039;s normal to experience them; but definitely not natural. Just on a physiological level, those feeling negatively affect the way the body works. Now on a personal and social level, the best way to handle stress/anxiety is to prioritize and look at the big picture. It allows us to not sweat the small stuff and invest our energy in more important places. Great post Dr Rus!</description>
