“Beaten With Beef”
Police in Dunnellon, Florida arrested 53 year old Elsie Egan for hitting her live-in boyfriend in the head with a piece of raw steak. Why did Egan have a “beef” with him you ask? Authorities say it all started with her boyfriend, who’s disabled, wanted a roll instead of a piece of sliced bread with his dinner. Egan denies hitting the man with the meat. But, shd did confess to slapping him so – quote – “he could learn a thing or two.”
“Don’t Drink And Ride A Horse In A Parade”
A 46 year old woman was arrested in Shelbyville, Tennessee after police found her passed out on a horse during the town’s Christmas parade last Saturday. Authorities say they responded to the scene after a witness called police to report the woman may have had more than her share of egg nog. Officers who eventually found her hunched over the horse outside a motel had to catch her twice to keep her from falling down.
“Woman Weeps Her Way Out of Speeding Ticket Fine”
Tears of sadness turned into tears of joy after a woman in Germany paid for another driver’s speeding ticket. The woman who was speeding arrived at the police station crying over the matter. The other woman was so moved by how heartbroken she was, she took out her walled and paid the fine for her. The Good Samaritan was quoted as saying – “It’s Christmas soon after all”.
