“Ohio Man Pays $72 For One Taco”
The manager of a Taco Bell restaurant in Sandusky, Ohio got an early Christmas present last week when a man who appeared to be drunk walked in, paid 72 dollars for one taco, and refused to take back the money. The Manager of the restaurant said the man wished the Taco Bell staff a “Merry Christmas” and left. Police are now holding the money for 60 days. If it goes unclaimed, the Taco Bell staff can keep the money.
“Teen Must Obtain Legal Permission To Date Girls”
A Wisconsin teen will need more than an okay from a girl if he wants to go on a date — he’ll also need permission from a probation officer. According to court documents a Judge barred 19-year-old Jordan Christensen from dating any member of the opposite sex without permission from a probation officer after he was convicted of stealing a car and fleeing to Tennessee with his 16-year-old girlfriend. Christensen will be out of the dating world for a while — in addition to three years probation, he was also sentenced to a year behind bars.
“Texting Joke Fails To Make Cops LOL”
An Illinois man was arrested for pulling a text message prank that failed to make police laugh. Authorities say Jeremy Donaldson was standing on line inside a bank in Joliet when he decided it would be funny to text his girlfriend waiting outside in a car about what was taking so long. Police say Donaldson sent a text that said a man was inside the bank with a gun. Instead of replying “O-M-G”, the girlfriend dialed 9-1-1 and a large police force rushed to the scene. Donaldson was charged with felony disorderly conduct.
